Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans require a valid payment method. Charges are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation. This includes prohibitions on attempting to access systems without authorization, sending malicious or unlawful data, or using the Service to violate any applicable law.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the logs and data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process and display that data solely for providing the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your settings page.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailstream and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
